Shipping
Orders are processed within 48 hours and ship within up to 4 business days. Standard US shipping is free on orders over $99.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn units and unopened care products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Lace must be uncut and bundles uninstalled. We cover return shipping on defective items.
Care guidance
Wash with sulfate-free shampoo, condition mid-length to ends, and air dry on a stand for best longevity. Heat tools are safe up to 350°F on human-hair units.
